I want our win strike to continue! If we play organized from the start we can win. Robben on the squad is a plus and having Pranjic/Olic on a good level is good too.

Tricky game as Mönchengladbach seem to be making a comeback themselves. I sure hope we take care of business and it doesn't wear us down too bad for the CL game next week.

Robben on the bench
Van Gaal to keep faith with winning team

Quote:
‘Never change a winning team’ is a piece of footballing wisdom currently very much in vogue at Bayern. Louis van Gaal has sent out an unchanged line-up in the last two matches, and his men promptly won both. Unsurprisingly, the coach is set to start Friday’s Bundesliga fixture against Borussia Mönchengladbach with the same successful eleven.

“This team has won twice, played good football twice, and improved again against Hannover. I think we’ll play with the same line-up against Gladbach on Friday,” Van Gaal exclusively told FCB.tv on Wednesday.

Van Gaal is thinking along the same lines. “Gladbach are very well organised and like to close down the space, a tactic which has caused us a lot of trouble this term. I hope we find the key to unlock their defence and surprise them.” It may be that the key in question is to be found on the subs’ bench, as one of the men sitting there will be Arjen Robben, set to feature for the first time in four weeks.

Van Gaal will still be without Franck Ribéry, as the France star has been plagued by a patellar tendon problem for the last two months, but recent signs have been altogether more positive. “It’s going very well for Franck. He has no pain any more, which is significant. He can run as much as he likes, and he’s training very hard. He’s already had the ball at his feet,” Van Gaal reported.

Just to mention: Juventus will play Inter at the weekend. They will not rest players, because they're already behind Inter and want to win.

Its not like, if they win, they will be again in contention for the Serie A... but still great news for Bayern!

But if Juve wins, that will give them a huge morale boost for the Bayern game....

Good thing the game is on Friday, that means they will have plenty of time to rest and I will be able to watch the match

What a perfect gift for my birthday if Bayern should win this match!

*Usually they win in the week that my birthday is.

I really hope the squad builds on the momentum of the past two matches. I'm pissed that GOLTV isn't showing this game. Instead they are showing an old Schalke match. This B.S. of not showing Bayern home games has got to stop.
