Even as a 33 year old, he is easily our most dangerous/creative player

The guy is truly world class and should be considered among the all time greatest when he retire

He is. With this much dynamism and class which he brought on the pitch, it makes you think what would have happned if we landed a world class winger? Chelsea is losing 3-0 at home aganst Burnley. Maybe we have chance to lure Hazard to Bayern?

Coman looked great today as well as Rudy and Ribery.

Tolisso was good, his runs between the opponents defensive lines were pretty clever.
Coman was quite unimpressive despite the goal IMO.
His crosses were so frustrating to watch, I'm not even sure he has a target when he crosses. This is one of the things that annoys me about soccer players, they don't seem to do much individual work outside of the team training sessions. In contrast most NBA players work on their weakness during their off days and you can literally see their game develop from year to year.

Yes, too bad Coman still don't know how to make good cross.

Same for Alaba.

agree 100%. Team is so different without him. I will hate to see him retire.

We're all in agreement about this, that's why it pains me we gave his best years (and Ribs' also) to the bald motherfucker.

Anyways, about the game, I can't talk much about our defense, but I'm liking Josh's attacking contribution & backtracking very much. Alaba still can't make a cross, simmilar to Coman. Ribery is a very vital old man, I must say, and I know he can't keep it up all season long, but it would be great if he could. Also I'm liking 4-2-3-1 with Tolisso & Rudy as pivots, Tolisso has a long way ahead of him, while Rudy reminds me to Schweini very much. Rudy is one heck of a surprise already, he'll give us much needed depth, and he'll also take a starting spot often if he continues to play like this - and he won't be another Baumjohann, for sure.

Also, very sad for Ribs' volley, it would've been a screamer.
