Lukas Podolski has played three matches at FC Köln since returning there. The media are keeping a constant eye on him.

They're more interested to see how's he doing, rather than how's FC Köln as a whole team doing.

Poldi finally scored, in his third match, but they lost 3-1 to 2. BL side TuS Koblenz. He also missed a penalty.

I kind of feel bad for Owen Hargreaves.

He did win the CL again with Man Utd but since then, it has all been downhill for him again. He's been injured more than a year now.

Trochowski: "I really don't understand why Bayern Munich didn't hold on to Ze Roberto. That's just a stupid mistake if you ask me."

"However, their loss is our gain and we're delighted to have Ze Roberto at HSV. He really is an outstanding player and I'm sure that he will prove his worth for us."

Former FC Bayern player Michael Tarnat will officially retire from football this week.

His new job? He will do scouting work for FC Bayern.

Van Gaal: "I prefer a mix of old, middle-aged and young players. I would've liked to keep Zé Roberto, but he left before I arrived."
