Sorry but i simply dont agree.

Everytime I watch a PL game they commit so many hopeless mistakes its crazy. Sure there are also mistakes in BL, but at least players here play with their brain mostly instead of pure stamina/speed

We might make mistakes, but its nothing compared to the english teams. Look how clueless they are when it comes to defending

Maybe it helps with all the new managers they got in Pep, Conte and so on.
Yes. EPL is near painful to watch generally for me. Even when bigger clubs try to do something a little more nuanced it still often sucks. It's just bad football. You could strip away any logos, kits, etc and not indicate it was the EPL in anyway and I'd think the same.

I don't know what mostly playing with your brain looks like but you ought to watch the best teams in March and April, not opening weekend. No team will be tactically at their peak in the 2nd week of August. I fail to see any real tactical advantage in the lower tier of the bundesliga. The bald one is miles ahead, tactically than any manager in the bundesliga today. Unfortunately, tactics alone don't win titles.

no he isnt. He just got a way superior squad to all the rest.

and playing with youre brain is something the PL teams never do, thats also one of the reasons they get beaten so hard in Europe. They simple come up against players/managers that outsmart them every single time, be it descision making or quality wise

PL teams (especially defenders) simply lack tactical knowledge, but like I already said it can be better with the new managers they got recently

You can tell how tactically clueless EPL managers are from the fact that two coaches who had the slightest idea of how tactics even work eventually went on winning/dominating the league in a glamorous fashion.

Say what you want about the premier league and the its quality, it's still the most entertaining league by far.

The bundesliga comes in second place in terms of entertainment.

For me: Bayern matches>premier league>bundesliga>la liga (mainly the Madrid games, barca's are too boring)>seria A> everything else( I don't care )

Everyone has his preference.

For me :

Bayern matches > Bundesliga > La Liga > Premier League when Tottenham, Chelsea or Man City play > Serie A > Ligue 1 > Premier League when other clubs play

I rather 10 times a good Hoffenheim - Bremen or a good Napoli - Atalanta than Manchester United - West Ham.

Pep is widely regarded as one of the best tacticians in the world and when he was here only Tuechle could rival him, now all of the sudden he goes to England and he just has a "superior squad". I don't think he always gets the best out of his teams but to say he didn't have answers or at least more answers to everyone in the bundesliga is silly. Making the argument for someone else would revolve far more around tearing down Pep's achievements and on pitch ideas than letting anyone elses work speak for itself.

The premier league and bundesliga as a whole are the two most entertaining leagues to watch and its because of the pressing. Teams press and they press high up the pitch leaving for plenty of open games and scoring. Its not that the leagues "don't lack tactics" but that the tactics are so aggressive they often backfire. Should I pull up some recent scorelines from Neverkusen or BMG go show how badly things go for these teams when they go wrong?

Listen I never said Pep is a bad tactician, he is offcourse not. But to say he is far superior to other BL coaches is rubbish imo, as he had a way superior squad to work with, if he got a team like Hoffenheim as an example, I more than doubt how well he would do

If youre tactic is so agressive that its often backfire, then its not really a smart tactic. I disagree that all PL teams press high, some of them sit very deep against the better opponents

Really good game from Manchester United. The first in one year maybe.

Good football.

4-2-3-1 over their useless 4-3-3 ... Mata on a wing cutting inside.

We can do the same with James.

United is going to do wonders this season.
Matic was the missing piece of their puzzle.
Huge mistake by Conte letting him go.
They still missing a left bank though, I think.
I see them and Chelsea going to the end.
The 2 strongest contenders for the premiership!
