According to a report in Turkish newspaper "Sabah", Martin Demichelis has attracted the interest of Fenerbahce.

Fener are ready to make a €12m offer for Demichelis if the report is to be believed.

After losing Lucio I doubt we will let Micho go. He is now our best CB, if we lose him we will have to go back into the transfer market, and this late in the pre-season I highly doubt this will happen.

Demichelis facing lengthy lay-off

On the eve of the new Bundesliga campaign, Bayern have been dealt a severe blow on the news that experienced centre-back Martin Demichelis faces six to seven weeks on the sidelines. The Argentina regular ruptured the ligaments in his right ankle during Wednesday afternoon training.

“The length of the lay-off is obviously a bitter blow,” director of sport Christian Nerlinger admitted to fcbayern.de. “Martin was very focused throughout pre-season and was in the starting line-up against Neckarelz. Let’s hope the healing process follows an ideal course, and we’ll be able to call on him again as soon as possible.”
