    Still 0-0

Our defence has been sloppy at first. Yet we improved after first 20 mins. On the other hand, we hardly created chances.

Pantovic didn't make an impact, maybe due to virus. We missed Erdal Öztürk, since he was the missing link in midfield.

    Edited:1-0 for them.

      Great goal from Lappe 1-1

      Hingerl 2-1

      2-2 cheap goal.

They are 5th right now, 16 points behind the leaders. No promotion this season it seems.

Dorsch and Pantovic are out injured as well, so it might get even worse.

Lucas Scholl left for Wacker Nordhausen . They also play in the fourth division (Regionalliga Nordost). He was a talented U19 player but couldn't make the step-up with the reserves. Wish him the best though.

Bayern II's promotion hopes are all but gone as well. They are 2nd, but are 19 points behind the leaders. The league resumes in March.

Have i said how i hate Regionalliga promotion system? Even when you win it, you're not guaranteed a spot in 3.Liga, because there are a bunch of leagues at the fourth tier.

Unfortunate that they are so far behind 1st place but it's great that they're in 2nd

That just shows the gap that exists in Regionalliga. Unterhaching is a professional team, the rest are mostly amateurs/semi-professional(There are 6 II teams in Regionalliga Bayern).

I wonder if Carlo is planning on giving him some minutes whilst Hummels rests

I don't think so , but it's good to have a 4th CB in the squad

If Boateng is fit , he will start or it will be Javi - Alaba as CB duo

It will be Alaba-Javi, Boateng is still not fully fit.

So the amateurs ended the season in third, they had a decent run at the end of the season after coach Vogel quit (he was leaving at the end of the season anyway).

Eight players have left: Bernard Mwarome, Ricardo Basta, Patrick Puchegger, Bastian Grahovac, Korbinian Burger, Sebastian Bösel, Felix Pohl, and veteran captain Karl-Heinz Lappe

Lappe was their best player along with Pantovic. The good news is that Pantovic signed a 1-year extension.

Adrian Fein, Timothy Tillman, Mario Crnicki, Thomas Isherwood and Marco Friedl have been promoted from the U19. Friedl (left-back) and Tillman (midfielder) are top talents, though Barcelona have been pursuing Tillman and he hasn't signed a pro contract yet.

Lets see if new coach Tim Walter and and assistant Tobias Schweinsteiger can get them back to the 3rd division. Walter said his goal is to get back there in 1-2 years.

Letting Tillman go, would be a big mistake.
