We should definitely wait for Ten Haag if he'll be available in the summer, even if it means that we will end the season trophyless

We can waste half a season instead of wasting 2-3 upcoming seasons

Coaches we want like Tuchel and Ten Hag are currently not available so it makes sense to wait for them, and Flick hasn't done all that bad so far. Top coaches available immediately would be Allegri (doesn't speak German, defensive tactics, wouldn't want a 6 month contract as you suggest) and Pochettino (Doesn't speak German). It'd be really hard to find a good coach who wouldn't mind leaving after 6 months so we can get Ten Hag or someone else.

Valverde is a big huge no, that's like getting a Kovac 2.0.

And Valverde? Are you serious or I am missing something?
How can be the perfect guy for us when it appears he's about as qualified as Kovac, tactically speaking? Any professional top European club with ambitions sign a proper manager. A caretaker for more than a couple of weeks is amateurish. Tottenham had the incentive to sign Mourinho a week afer they sacked Pochettino, and we keep beating about the bush and cross fingers for our resident elementary level manager to do good.

Pay in mind, we're not only playing for the current CL campaign here but more importantly for the next season. I will be calm when Bayern secures the 20/21 CL spot. This isn't 18/19 anymore, the days of us steamrolling BuLi are gone, we need a lot of luck to win with the likes of Wolfsburg and Freiburg these days and have to be most grateful to BVB for being shit again, long may it last

Flick alone cant do much about signings. Even if he wants players, it means little when Brazzo makes us play the beggar at the banquet with these joke loan offers.

I don't mind Valverde at all. Wouldn't be in my top 5 preferred managers but I'd be ok with him. Surely you understand a top class car needs an experienced driver not a guy who is stll learning how to drive.

I just don't want us to miss out on the CL next season and do well in the current, that's all. It would be stupid and irresponsible if we missed out, considering the quality of players we have (the non injured ones).

We can't behave like cheapskates about this, Flick's mediocrity will save us manager money now but will cost us CL millions long term.

We got into this coaching fix because still one sports director failed to do his job and think behind his nose.
whatever was he thinking of when he penned down a contract with Niko Kovac. Someone completely unproven or tested with great combating games.

Tuchel was free. When we were pussy footing till PSG grabbed him. Even ETH could have been tied then. Instead we were so slack and ended up signing an average coach and placed great expectations on him with an aging depleted team.

Bayern Munich’s sporting directorate is a big mess.
this woe may continue for a very longtime
both coaching and player requirements are suffering at Bayern. Yet the Sports director is to
be promoted to the board. I beg your pardon !

According to Marcelo Bechler, EtH is dreaming of coaching Bayern. After Flick's contract ends, he will be replaced by Erik ten Hag in June if nothing changes.

And it's gone. Flick immediately turns down the rumor by saying it's "not true"

I had talked about not understanding Pochettinos playing philosophy, I simply don’t see or know one.
thank goodness someone is thinking like me at Bayern’s Echelon. Neither Wenger or Pochetinno is happening. This is a very good stride so far from the Top. Good. It would be outright ridiculous and very laughable that we are hiring and putting faith in a coach of whom we trashed his team haplessly “7-2 “ the last time we met.

worst was the Wenger debacle a coach we “white washed “ his side 15- 3. On last 3 meetings.
hiring such coaches as our gaffers would have been an outright embarrassment and a “Kari katteur” of our playing system and visage. Let’s work towards ETH.

    We should go for ETH.
I don’t want Pochettino . Bayern doesn’t have time for slow beginning.
His playing style. I really don’t get yet. I’m not sure I know Tottenhams playing philosophy.
    I’m sure of ETH. I’m sure of a Mourinho’s.

Talking of Mourinho. Look at him trashing West Ham 3:0 at 52 minutes of play
I told you all Tottenham is leaving the 14th position with lightning speed.
He has matured and learnt lessons from some of his the brashness in his style.

Tottenham have made a great investment they will reap and reap and reap from.
Mourinho is changing their lot. He is just starting. Wait till he sediments his philosophy fully with a team that has attackers . He will score the opponents to ribbons. While mantaining as tough as possible defensive line.

I don’t trust Pochettino for Bayern. Let’s go for ETH.
Again we are about getting into manager crisis mess, again because of the
Incompetent sporting directorate we are stringing along.

    God help us at Bayern.
