Like I've said some time ago, this season is really the one where Flick gotta prove himself that he's not just a motivator. Last season that was exactly what he was living on, this season he gotta prove he's more than that.

Unless we crash out of the CL in the most embarrassing way and lose the BL title to Leipzig (or Frankfurt lol), should he stay imo. We should remember this is a freak season - not to say I'm happy with what I'm seeing right now though, he's doing some weird player selections and overall tactics.

You're right, but what most are missing is that last season was also a freak season. In our case, I think the long break actually benefitted us quite a lot.

In my eyes, Flick hasn't really proven himself yet. Last season could still have been a one off.

I'm not calling "Raus" yet, but IMO Flick is rapidly running out of gloss.

But I want to see how we fare against Lazio, if we go out in bad fashion then his job is certainly for debate.

This season isn't an indicator of any... No pre season, most games played than any other european team, games being played every 3 days, lots of players injured or covid positive... But yeah, let's fire the most successful Bayern coachbof all time

Notice I'm saying it's a freak season. But that doesn't mean Flick is without blame, he makes a lot of weird lineups.

I'd still give him a full season, the players he actually wants and a proper pre-season and then we can judge if he's up to the task or not.

Leipzig played in the CL semifinals so they had only 3 days more free time than bayern this season and had the same schedule and even rougher CL group and the same number numbee of games(except the wc club). With much weaker squad and yet they have 13 goals less conceded than us. So this corona excuse is ok i agree to some degree but yiu cannot make excuses about the way we are playing and conceding goals left and right vs teams like Arminia. This is even weaker than under kovac and now because of the last season nobody questions flick but if you take last season out of the picture this season is even weaker than under Kovac.

The worst thing is there isnt any solution or changes in sight Flick continues forcing the same stuff.

Even worst thing is his player selections and man management very very bad. In his eyes some players are irreplaceable no matter how shitty or bad are playing.

Lets wait and see but a 2nd round dfb cup elimination and a early CL elimination will probably be the worst season after those 2002-2009 dark era

Playing Süle against Kostic and Younes is a mistake which has nothing to do with having a preseason or not, not even on injuries and Covid.
With the available squad he should've done better.
Süle on RB and ignoring Musiala completely for a useless EMCM are big errors for me.
Let's hope he starts to make better decisions again soon.

A 5-1 win looks good on paper but for those who actually saw the game was it not impressive defensively, especially the second half.

And stop with your weird-ass lineups and biased player selections, it's driving me crazy.

Play Hernandez from the start, not a washed up and diastrous Boateng together with Alaba who's leaving in 4 months.
