I'd be ok with losing in Bundesliga but fixing up the things in CL

Not sure about Muller but that's a very good formation
I would bench Muller and play with Javi/Sanches, Thiago & Goretzka, or move James to the middle and play Sanches as RW

I would swap Robben for Ribery as GK.

True, Robben is better at diving.

I've been looking forward to this historical match-up since I first started following football seriously back in 2010. Bring on Ajax!

Ajax are like us an iconic football club, such matches are always special.

It should be an easy task to just run through Ajax but I think it's gonna be hard.

If Kovac starts with Ribéry, I will begin to question his integrity. No one in his right mind would start Ribéry if not as a last resort.

All the injuries doesn't help either. We face the same issues every season but no one in the club seem to be able to fix them or even acknowledge them.

I think we should consider replacing Coman along with Ribéry and Robben next summer, since he doesn't play due to reoccuring, severe injuries. He will continue to get injured for sure. Think of how many players we will need to sign next summer and then think of our cheapskate board... I'm pretty sure we will decline even more upcoming years. The Klinsmann-era comes to mind. We will be midtier in Europe once again.

Meh. We're winning this 3-0 at least. Nothing to see here

I'm interested in watching some of Ajax's young talent in this one. Trust me... I want us to beat them easily. But I'd like to see some skill from some of the Ajax young wonder kids.

Czech referee Pavel Královek (41) will officiate Tuesday's Champions League game between FC Bayern and Ajax at Allianz Arena.

Královek previously officiated 2 Bayern games:

                              Bayern 0-2 Arsenal (2013)
                              Man City 3-2 Bayern (2014)

                              Hmmm
