I don't care what the number is, that wasn't the point - the point was that it's not increasing (as Rohr claimed) but rather DECREASING. I can't help but notice how both of you missed that point to instead argue about whether a static snap-shot of a percentage is too high despite having no context for making that claim

Individual Income tax? Nope - down from 61.5% in 1996 to 57% in 2015.

Corporate taxes? Nope - down from 58% in 1981 to 22%(!) in 2015.

Sales tax? Nope - 25% across the board for decades.

Personally, I'd rather everyone pay that much in taxes to ensure that we don't go bankrupt individually through medical expenses that aren't our fault.
You dont think 57% is an atrociously high number? O.o

What's up with you American Jews and socialism, never got it (no racist implications implied )

Health > money, but there are few places in the world where health comes without money.

I hope in the end it was worth it, at least in football the head injuries are much less common than in American Football. So while he will probably die having to eat painkillers to sleep, his mind will be intact.

now jokes aside , I really feel sad for him ... He is destroyed and IMO he should retire; I don't think it's good for his own health to continue playing football as a professional
