  • LOL @ Germany midfield, Adrien Fein could easily make into starting XI if he was playing in 1. BuLi.

    • Klostermann is very fast for a tall guy like him. Did well in both goals.

      • Most valuable German players according to transfermarkt:

        Leroy Sané - €100M
        Kai Havertz - €90M
        Marc-André ter Stegen - €90M
        Joshua Kimmich - €70M
        Timo Werner - €65M
        Niklas Süle - €60M
        Serge Gnabry - €60M
        Toni Kroos - €60M
        Julian Brandt - €50M
        Leon Goretzka - €50M

I think both Kimmich and Gnabry should be on the top of the list. Definitely the best German players at the moment.

                • I hope Jürgen Klopp will be the next head coach for the 2022 World Cup. Joachim Löw's choices are very bad from Euro 2016

Bierhoff hails the importance of Toni Kroos

                                By Rune Gjerulff

Oliver Bierhoff is happy to have Toni Kroos back in the national team.

Germany general manager Oliver Bierhoff has hailed the importance of Toni Kroos ahead of the upcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers against Belarus and Northern Ireland.

Kroos has returned to the national team squad after missing Germany's matches against Argentina and Estonia in October due to injury, and Bierhoff is happy to see the 29-year-old back.

"He gives the team stability, rhythm and direction in midfield. Of course, he has to embrace the competition, but he has a special position and is a role model in the team," Bierhoff said at a press conference today, as quoted by the German Football Association.

The Real Madrid midfielder has made 94 appearances for Germany, scoring 15 goals.
