    • Kramer will return to Leverkusen in the summer and also extended his contract until 2019.

      Great news for Leverkusen!

So much for all those rumors of him going to Arsenal in January for 20 million euros

It could also be a way to get more money out of him. I read RM are interested.

Classic Neverkusen. Remember when they sold Vidal for like €10,5M
        Very poor management work

        • Kramer is good, but imo slightly overrated. I would have taken the € 20M from Arsenal. On the other hand it's probably difficult for Leverkusen to attract quality central midfielders and the option to sell him to a club from abroad can be reevaluated in 1-2 years.

Let's not forget that it's a whole lot easier to shine in Eredivisie than in Bundesliga. Not understating Eredivisie's level, but there have been numerous examples.

                • According to Rudi Völler the gap between Bayern and all the other clubs in the Bundesliga has never been greater before, he also says that he thinks this will continue for a very long time:

He's right, most definitely. But to throw the towel in the ring like that is just typical Neverkusen. Nothing good comes out of this kind of comment, especially not from a person in Völler's position. This kind of attitude is why Bayern won't be matched in the Bundesliga.

When Wolfsburg lifted the Bundesliga plate or when Dortmund had the edge over two years, did Bayern give up? No, just the opposite in fact. It's not Bayern's fault that most of their 'rivals' has this kind of loser mentality.

This is something I really hate about Bundesliga; other clubs whining every now and then. Völler and Neverkusen, and other clubs and their management (especially Schalke and BVB) should take a look into the mirror rather than whine about superior Bayern. Maybe it's time for them to realise that Bayern is superior due to better management on every level and in every aspect. Success comes with hard and consistent work, a concept that's misunderstood at every other Bundesliga club, apart from Wolfsburg nowadays.

Leverkusen, Schalke, BVB, and Wolfsburg all have the potential to grow, and challenge Bayern every season. First thing they all should do, though, is to get better managers (e.g. Tuchel, Weinzierl, Klopp needs to revise his tactics, and so on).

                      • Yeah, they would prefer a weaker Bayern, and a weaker overall BuL level instead of working their asses off.. pathetic !!

                          • Leverkusen are in very poor form, they will probably be destroyed by Atletico Madrid.

                            • OMG, Leverkusen are such an embarrassment in Europe, right? Should have lost the qualifying game and play EL, right? Wolfsburg and Gladbach would have won this game 6:0.

                              • I think they did good. Waisted a lot of counters though.
Still very good fighting spirit. Proud of them!
