I am too waiting for a response by Effenbergfan, but judging by youtube videos Cuisance seems to have more deffensive quality than Roca, and since he's young there is hope for him to become a ball-playing number six. it all depends on the manager though .. which is not that great since we have Niko.

this guy will flourish under a manager like Neglsmann or ETH.

This ia wrong thread, but I read somewhere (probably interview with Rahael Honigstein) that R. Rangnick's name is circulating within the club as possible candidate. How you guys would feel about him?

Happy seeing Frenchmen and German instead of Spaniards!

You got a point there.....

At least we swap Rafinha with Coutinho.

That's an upgrade!

Frenchmen, Germans, Croatians, Spaniards, and a few Brazilians sprinkled in is a pretty powerful combination

Well, I don't see Cuisance as a 6. He's more similar to Thiago.
He doesn't only play safe passes. He like to pass forward, dribble himself into a free position to then pass forward. His focus is much more on offense then on defense. He has a great technique and skills and sometimes he likes to show it too much. But he only got 20 a few days ago, so he'll learn to dose that while getting more mature.

He rarely played as a DM in Gladbach (nor in France U20 team), so I can't really judge the 'bull' or 'fighter' in him. But for what I saw he's working in defense as well, but his focus will always be forward. So use him as the only 6? No, If we play 4-2-3-1, so next to a more disciplined defensive 6, then yes.

His passing is good, but 'dangerous' and risky. If he sees a tight space, he likes to play the ball, but we saw that with Thiago against Dortmund, You can't take too many risks on that position, because when you lose the ball, the counterattack can be lethal.

I hope he can learn a lot from Javi and Thiago. He's a diamond, just needs to be a bit more polishing.

So I will repet myself - We need pure CDM!

But then we need to sell 2 midfielders.

With Cuisance at Bayern, I'd be all-in in selling Renato Sanches.
I've always defended him and if he gets the attitude and workethics together in a team where he gets enough playtime, he'll have a bright future.
But with his contract situation and him wanting to leave, we should sell him.
Try to recover as much of the 35 million we invested.

Just sell him for 15 million or whatever and put a 30% sell-on fee.
