Well obviously he isn’t going to manage exactkybthe same as Jupp. But to get to know the players and learn from Jupp could be beneficial for him and the players.

Top managers have their egos, you know. Tuchel probably would be offended by just the idea of having to be an assistant coach or "learning" for someone else at this point. And Jupp already rejected having Sagnol in his team for whatever reason.

It would be fantastic, but Tuchel is a professional coach. He won't accept to be someone else's assistant, not even Jupp. He didn't even accepted the Pep-assistant role, despite pep being his idol and stuff.
