"If i want i'm there" Zlatan on WC 2018

So arrogant. Wouldn't call up him even if i don't have any available striker.

I think Argentina will take this one. But of course I’ll be rooting for Brazil.

No way. Favourites are Germany, Brazil and Spain.

Germany clear favorites for sure. Spain are very good too. France got an outstanding squad and pool of players to pick from, but I'm very sceptical of Deschamps and the way he'll line up the team. He has this amazing ability of neutralizing Pogba and Kante for the other team himself by pairing them up together in a double pivot. Pogba's lack of positional sense playing so deep and urge to drive forward leaving Kante with too much to cover.

Have a feeling Brazil will struggle. It's been like the last few times. The team breezing through the CONMEBOL qualification have often ended up flopping at the WC. Simply peaking too early.

Besides, I'm not sure playing a midfield of Fernandinho/Renato Augusto-Casemiro-Paulinho will work against teams with a superior midfield. It's just too defensive with no clear outlet in the midfield.

..............warner
Reus........ozil........muller
...Kroos...Goretzka
Hector...Hummels..Sule...Kimmich
.............Neuer

My preferred WC line up...let's go Germany..win the fifth! Distroy every team in your way! Can't wait for the tournament to start

Kinda sad Germany still don't have a quality LB after nearly a decade. If Hector is being considered I'd rather just start Hoewedes again and out 3 CBs on the pitch.

My thoughts too. He can't be much worse than Hector and he's an offensive powerhouse.

Danilo, Fagner and Rafinha are possible replacements for Alves who is definitely missing World Cup.
