not when you are talking about Thomas Muller with his current form

Anyway, Kane didn't score a penalty against Tunisia

He scored a tap in and a header against them ... his 3 penalties were against Panama (2) and against Colombia

Anyone using the world cup as a metric for rating club players has completely deluded themselves. The world cup is amazing but it's frankly inferior on every level to club football.
